The Rural Service Project (RSP) is an outreach work which aims to give female university students an opportunity to grow in social awareness and to provide service to a rural community in need.

Every semestral break, Balanghai organizes a Rural Service Project. This weeklong immersion includes medical-dental missions, tutorials, catechism, leadership and personality development seminar for adolescents and livelihood skills for mothers. Past rurals have serviced hundreds of families in Ilocos, Tarlac, Laguna, Bataan, and Baguio.
